How does shipping calculation work?
We use our partner platform Melhor Envio , which simulates shipping costs for your convenience, offering a variety of carrier options. Products are delivered to the carrier of your choice, and a tracking code is sent immediately after purchase to track the delivery.
What are the payment options?
We accept Pix, bank transfers, and credit cards through our website platform! If you have any questions, please contact us.
How does the return policy work?
EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at laryjanystore@gmail.com or contact us via chat and we'll send you instructions.
RETURNS
The return period is 30 days. After 30 days from purchase, unfortunately, refunds or exchanges cannot be requested.
To qualify for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are non-refundable, except for exchanges due to defects.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll send you an email to notify you that we've received your returned item. We'll also notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed. We'll automatically credit your credit card or other payment method within a few days.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Do you deliver internationally?
We currently operate in Brazil, shipping nationwide, and delivering in person to the cities of Baixada Santista (SP), São Paulo, Curitiba (PR), and Porto Alegre (RS). For international orders, please contact us at laryjanystore@gmail.com
